Hover for Safari currently offers three options:
Website Exemptions allows you to disable Hover for Safari on any websites you choose.
Hotkey Mode allows images, videos, and links to only be expanded while the “Shift” key is held down on your keyboard.
Hover Delay increases the amount of time before an image is expanded. You can choose between 0ms, 300ms, 500ms, and 1000ms.
